To get a concession on fares, you need to show the entitlement cards. The accepted entitled cards are:

Group discount is applicable for a booking of 15 or more passengers. School bookings are welcome with group booking discounts applicable.

• River cruise direction may change due to weather conditions or river closures
• Check-in at the ticket kiosk must be 20 minutes before the departure time
• On public holidays & event days, there is limited service or service is closed
• The ticket kiosk and departure point is at Southbank Promenade – BERTH 2, SOUTHGATE
